Hi Everyone,
I ask for continued prayers requests for our team.
Linda is still very sick but was sent home from the hospital today to finish her recovery from COVID-19.
Nikki is coming down with COVID-19, her husband Sebastian has it and was rushed to the hospital this morning, was intubated, and then flown to a nearby larger hospital. This is the second go-round for Nikki and Sebastian, as they had it back in March.
Cameron continues to be ok, and we hope he doesn’t get a second round. He so recently had COVID-19 that we think he is still immune for now.
Linda’s husband Brian needs to quarantine, but so far he has no symptoms.
So that’s just about our whole team, and the whole Hall/Castro family. Only Elijah and I have been spared getting COVID-19.
Please, join me in praying for their speedy and full recoveries…
The only bit of good news I have to share is that Miss Pinky has been eating her Prednisone pill in her food without problem. Usually she picks around the meds in her food, but not this time. What a relief! I still can’t get the Flagyl in her anymore, and she is so fragile that I don’t want to grab her to force it. I am hoping the Pred does it job and the Flagyl won’t be needed anymore. So far, she still has some runny poo but it’s only day two of her new medication.
Meow,
Rita
