Oh what fun. That was sarcasm! So, I had 8 cats but sadly lost my Warren in September. My son in law passed from Covid in August and my 32 year old daughter had to move back home with me. She has 4 cats. So we had to integrate mine with hers and have a happy family of 11 cats and 1 dog. Yikes!
Rita has been the best! I’ve found that some integrated much easier than I thought. Over all it wasn’t too bad. The thing that shocked me wasn’t how the new kitties were … it’s how my original 7 were. They changed! Suddenly cats who only pee in the litter box were peeing other places … including my stove top. Thank heaven it’s a flat top stove!
Fortunately the stove peeing has stopped. It’s not been easy but it is working! We still have a few small issues but I’m seeing things get better and better. If you have issues, hang in there! Write to “Ask Rita” and post on the boards! There is help!
